These terms apply to the Arin Vale website and the Arin Vale Publisher Reddit app. By using these services, you agree to use them lawfully and consistently with Reddit, GitHub, and other applicable platform rules.
Arin Vale Publisher
Arin Vale Publisher is a Reddit Devvit app that helps an authorized operator prepare, review, schedule, publish, and manage Reddit content. It may display draft content, publication status, recent comments, and reply tools.
User-attributed Reddit posts and replies require an explicit final action by the authorized Reddit user. Reviewing or approving a draft does not itself authorize automatic submission.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the content you choose to publish, the communities in which you use the app, and compliance with subreddit rules, Reddit policies, applicable law, and any rights of third parties. Do not use the app to impersonate others, evade moderation, spam communities, or publish content you are not authorized to share.
External services
The app depends on services operated by third parties, including Reddit and GitHub. Those services may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue functionality independently of Arin Vale. Their own terms and policies also apply when you use them.
No guarantee of availability
The website and app are provided on an as-available basis. Features may be changed, paused, or removed, and drafts, schedules, comments, or external API data may occasionally be delayed or unavailable. Reasonable safeguards are used to prevent duplicate Reddit submissions, but no software system can guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Articles, stories, and draft copy on the Arin Vale site remain subject to their applicable copyrights. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience or sourcing and do not imply control over those services.
